I have been going here for over 5 years. The staff is friendly/accommodating of all needs. They are professional. They also get you in and out. The only day that takes awhile is when it is the first day because of protocol. This is the only clinic I would trust in Savannah. They have great hours. I read other reviews saying they would cut you off over 12 dollars. This is a lie. As long as you maintain a good financial record and take care of debts in timely manner you can slide a day or two and pay back later. Thanks for helping me so much with treatment. The new nurse is so sweet. Ms. Janis is the best and love her new help! Crystal is a sweetie. The director does alot to help everyone out as well! He works hard behind the scenes and even has to work up front every now and then 🤗

I guest dosed here last week and was highly impressed with the overall experience. Staff was polite, helpful and prompt. I visit Savannah regularly and will absolutely return to MedMark for guest dosing.

I am a patient here and have been for the past year my counselor Nicole is absolutely my very own superhero! My husband is a truck driver and she has always gone abpve and beyond to help make sure wherever I am I get my meds and when we have my counseling appointments she actually makes me work on myself beyond just getting my meds she has by far been the best counselor I have ever had and the rest of the staff are always amazing as well its not about money with them they really do care about helping you get and stay clean I am truly blessed to have become a patient here!

Amazing staff, they work with you on anything that you need or any questions you may have. You are able to speak with your counselor at anytime and make changes to anything you'd like. They work with you on payment plans instead of just cutting you off. The staff makes your visit very personal because they remember every single person who comes through that door instead of just another dose. Staff always has a friendly attitude and a smile on their faces. Wait times are very quick, I'm usually taken care of the second I walk in the door. I'm glad I chose MedMark!!

Savannah's best facility!!! Very clean and professional. Staff are caring and take the time to help you, everyone there is willing to work with you. Wait times are short and the dosing hours are great! Come here if you need help!

I came from Seattle and had nightmares about not getting my methadone but everything went smooth and I courtesy dosed and even got my carries. My family I was visiting don't know I'm still on methadone but it's saved my life. Very friendly staff and very helpful. I'll use them again when I come back.

Nicole is absolutely amazing extremely down to earth and does everything she can to help with making your recovery a positive thing in your life !! The dispensing nurses are extremely quick and pleasant and the front desk girl Rochelle is a sweetheart!!!! I lo e my cl8nic and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else these people are a blessing from God!!!

Love the people that work here. Look forward to talking with them when I come. They never act too busy jus to chat even for a second. 5 stars for sure. Will not disappoint. Truly care about you.

Crystal is just the absolute best! Also, the dispensing nurse Janice, is amazing too! Christina, the program director, is doing a great job running the Savannah location.

Everyone that works here is very helpful and great at their jobs. The staff is awesome.

Crystal is AMAZING ! She makes my experience pleasurable everyday I step foot in there. My counselor Mrs.W is also amazing and helps me get through every obstacle I face being a recovering adict.
